I am with my family spent 2 weeks at Sofitel Al Hamra Resort. New, clean, very comfortable hotel with beautiful sandy beach, nice green area and quality food in various restaurants. Very good service from the staff. We would especially like to mention three employees of the East restaurant: Ms Imane, who is the brightest person in this hotel, Mr Mostafa, who is the most careful and friendliest, and Mr Rashid, he is the epitome of intelligence, a person who knows many languages and has the highest sense of tact when communicating with anyone. We would like to say a special thank you to the chef and his team. All the food and drinks were very delicious. This restaurant is true gastronomic paradise. Overall, the hotel left us with unforgettable impressions and memories. ~ Ernar S

I recently stayed in Sofitel Al Hamra Resort and we dined at East throughout our stay and everything was spot on. The ambiance created a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for an enjoyable evening. The food was exceptional, especially the seafood linguine, which was perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The sweet and sour shrimp offered a delightful balance, while the mushroom soup was rich and comforting. I also loved the chef’s baby salad—fresh and beautifully presented. Our waiter, Mostafa, truly elevated the experience with his friendliness and hospitality. He was a gentleman throughout the evening, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. I’ve been dining at East Restaurant, during my stay in Sofitel Al Hamra Village Resort, Ras Al Khaimah, for the past three nights, and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. The food was consistently delicious, with every meal better than the last. A special mention to Abhiney, who was exceptionally attentive and made sure our preferences were remembered and perfectly catered to. He coordinated with the kitchen each time to ensure everything was just right. Also, a big thank you to Chef Naweez who is truly a magician in the kitchen! Whether it was vegetarian or non-vegetarian dishes, every plate he prepared exceeded our expectations in both flavor and presentation. We dined at this restaurant throughout our entire 2-day stay, and every meal was exceptional. The food was consistently excellent, but what truly stood out was the attentive and personalized service we received each time. Despite the restaurant being packed during every visit, we always felt like the staff was there just for us. I visited this restaurant for the first time and I had only good impressions. The service is at the highest level, the staff is very attentive. The waiter Amadou constantly took care of us and showed attention to all our needs and requests. East has incredibly varied selection of delicious food from breakfast to dinner, many compliments to the chefs. We stayed 10 days at the beautiful Sofitel Al Hamra and it was such a pleasure to eat in the EAST Restaurant every day. The staff was amazing in kindness, friendliness and service. Our 3 years old son had a lot of fun with the people who were always doing fun with him. Especially Pastima from India and Honey from the Philippines were so good at their jobs!
